The town Vasiliki is one of the most popular resorts on Lefkada, it offers everything a vacationer's heart desires within a manageable space. At the harbor, you can sip coffee or a draft beer under eucalyptus trees, and dine in the evening beside the rocking fishing boats.

There are also plenty of shopping opportunities here, both in a large supermarket and in small shops selling a wide variety of souvenirs.

Located on a hill above the wonderful bay of Vasiliki, known for its numerous water sports and sandy beach, the house offers a unique sense of tranquility. Enjoy panoramic views of the blue bay of Vasiliki, the green valley below, and the wild beauty of Stavrota Mountain.

The house, with a living area of ​​54 m², is built entirely of natural stone, in keeping with the traditional style, including the wooden roof. It features an open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area, a bedroom (2 pers.), a bathroom, and an attic with an additional sleeping area  (2 pers., preferably children).
If needed, there is an additional full-up sleeping couch in the living room (2 pers.).

The house has all the necessary amenities, including air conditioning for cooling and heating, solar hot water, and modern, new furniture and appliances.
